Reglamento de concurso Naterial

ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZING COMPANY

ADEO SERVICES, a simplified stock company under French law, with a share capital of €31,674,335 having its registered office at 135 rue Sadi Carnot, CS 00001, RONCHIN (59790), registered with the Trade and Companies Register of LILLE METROPOLE under number B 421 206 079, (hereinafter the l’“Organizer”), is organizing, from 10/09/2025 to 15/09/2025, a Naterial competition (hereinafter referred to as the «Competition«), the winners of which will be determined by a random draw under the conditions defined below.

The Game is accessible on the Instagram account @naterial_es.

The postal address of the Organizer is: 135 rue Sadi Carnot, 59790 Ronchin.

ARTICLE 2. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

2.1. Terms and conditions for Competition entry

The Competition is free and no purchase is necessary. 

The Competition is open to all natural persons, aged 18 or over at the time of registration, residing in Spain only (hereinafter the «Participant(s)«), with the exception of employees of the Organizer and persons involved in the organization and implementation of the Competition.

For the entire duration of the Competition, only one entry per Instagram account holder is permitted. In the event of multiple entries, only the first valid entry (as defined below) will be taken into account, to the exclusion of all other entries by the same person, which will be invalidated and therefore not taken into account. 

Participation in the Competition is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded per winner. 

Any entry based on erroneous, inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent information will be considered invalid and will not be taken into account. 

2.2. Competition principle

To take part in the Competition, the Participant must complete the following steps before 15/09/2025 at 11:59 A.M.: 

Any entry containing missing, false, or incomplete information, or which does not meet the conditions set out in these rules, will be invalidated and therefore not considered.

A random draw, conducted by the Organizer from among all valid entries, will be held on September 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. to select a winner from among all participants who have complied with the conditions of entry.

Any other information submitted by any other means will not be considered.

ARTICLE 3. PRIZE

The winner of the game will receive one of the following three products (subject to availability):

or equivalent product if the above products are not available. The product will be sent to the winner’s home address after receipt of their personal details and full address. No cash or other prize substitution will be permitted, except at the discretion of Naterial Spain. The prize is non-transferable. All expenses related to the prize (excluding shipping of the product by Naterial to the winner) will be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of the prize, transfer or assignment of the prize to other persons, or request for cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes authorization for Naterial Spain to use the winner’s name, image, and entry for advertising and commercial purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prizes with other prizes of equivalent value if circumstances so require.

ARTICLE 4. WINNER DESIGNATION

The winners of the Contest will be selected by random drawing, organized by the Contest Organizer in accordance with the principle of randomness, starting on September 15, 2025.

The winner’s name will be announced on Naterial Spain’s Instagram account in the days following the draw. The winner will also be contacted by private message to arrange delivery of the prize within seven days of the end of the Contest.

Prizes are not transferable to third parties; only the winner may benefit from them personally.

The Organizer reserves the right not to award the prize to the winner if it appears that the winner has cheated or has not complied with the terms and conditions of these rules.

ARTICLE 5. PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Purposes of processing

The purpose of processing personal data in connection with the Competition is to manage the Competition, determine the winner and award and send the Prize. 

The collection and processing of personal data is implemented by the Organizer, as data controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 known as «Informatique et Libertés».

5.2. Data security and confidentiality

The Organizer undertakes to implement appropriate measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of the personal data of Participants and in particular of the winner, in particular by preventing them from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

5.3. Data retention period

Participants’ personal data is kept for as long as is necessary for the purpose of processing. This period shall not exceed two (2) months at the end of the Competition. They are stored in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.

5.4. Participants’ rights

In accordance with the French Data Protection Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 in its current version, Participants have the right to access, oppose, rectify and delete any personal data concerning them by completing this form.

Participants may obtain communication, in an accessible form, of data concerning them. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any request considered abusive.

Participants wishing to exercise their rights must send their request together with proof of their identity.

Participants who exercise their right to delete their personal data before the end of the Competition will be deemed to have waived their participation in the Competition.

ARTICLE 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content published by the Instagram account @naterial_es, as well as the Naterial brand, its logo and its products and services presented during the Competition (hereinafter referred to as the «Protected Elements«) are protected by intellectual property law. 

The reproduction, representation or use, without prior written authorisation from the Organizer, of all or part of the Protected Elements making up the Competition (photos, videos, names, logos, brands, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

Participants undertake to comply with the regulations in force.

ARTICLE 7. RULES OF THE COMPETITION

7.1. Accessibility

The rules are available on the naterial.com/es website. They can be freely consulted, downloaded and printed.

7.2. Integrality of the rules and nullity

In the event that one or more of the articles of the present rules should become void due to a change in legislation, deregulation or a court decision, this shall in no way affect the validity of and compliance with the other articles of the present rules.

ARTICLE 8. LIABILITY

The Organizer has the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the Competition if exceptional circumstances require to. The Organizer shall not be held liable in this regard. The Organizer shall not be liable and no action shall be taken in the event of force majeure partially or totally depriving the winner of the Prize.

The Organizer declares and acknowledges that he has taken out a Civil Liability insurance policy to cover any damage he may cause to third parties in application of the present regulations. 

ARTICLE 9. CLAIM

Any questions concerning the application or interpretation of these rules should be sent in writing to the Organizer’s address.

ARTICLE 10. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION 

These rules are governed exclusively by French law.

Any dispute arising in connection with the Competition will be subject to an attempt at amicable settlement. 

Failing agreement, the dispute will be referred to the competent French courts.
