Direct cooking allows you to quickly sear ingredients by placing them directly on the grill, in contact with the heat. Equipped with a large steel tank and a 54 cm diameter cooking grid, it allows you to smoke or grill your food while enjoying even heat. Like in an oven, indirect cooking allows you to roast or simmer ingredients. The ingredients are not in direct contact with the heat source. This type of cooking is ideal for cooking large pieces such as a piece of beef, but also pizza, vegetables or desserts on the barbecue. Thanks to its hinged lid, it also allows stewing and simmering, as well as easy handling of food.
The thermometer integrated into the lid and the height-adjustable combustion chamber guarantee optimal cooking control. This barbecue is equipped with accessories that can be arranged along its entire length, offering a perfect combination of elegance, design and modularity. Its integrated trolley makes it easy to move, while its folding side shelf offers appreciable preparation space.
The dedicated ash trap makes cleaning easier. The Phoenix Beta II can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and neutral soap. Thanks to its enameled hearth it offers real durability to the barbecue. It is advisable to winter your barbecue under a cover (not included) so as not to be affected by external weather conditions.
